Access the Operational Risk Management (ORM) System
The first step is to log in to your Pirani account. Once inside, go to the Operational Risk Management (ORM) module. This space allows you to manage all the risks related to your company's operations. At the bottom right of the screen, you will find an icon allowing you to interact with the virtual assistant for risk management.
Start the conversation with the wizard.
When you click on the wizard icon, three key questions will appear to help you better understand the context of risks in your organization. You can answer these questions or add others useful in analyzing your company's risks.
Generate and manage risks.
After initiating the conversation, the artificial intelligence assistant will generate up to five risks for each interaction. This will give you a detailed overview of your organization's potential risks. In each session, you can generate up to 15 risks. When this limit is reached, the system will ask you additional questions to help you refine and prioritize the risks according to their impact on your business.
Create the risks in the system.
Once you have reviewed the risks generated by the wizard, select the ones you consider most relevant to your organization. Click on the “Create risks” button.
These will be automatically incorporated into the platform's risk management module, allowing you to start managing them immediately.
Rating and rating adjustment
It is important to note that each risk the Pirani Copilot wizard generates has a low initial rating. You must adjust this rating according to the impact and importance of each risk in your organization. This step is crucial to make more informed decisions and define more effective preventive and corrective actions.

The Amazon-based virtual assistant Bedrock has been designed to prioritize information security.
